By downloading, accessing, or using MyApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App ("User Content").

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content solely to provide the App's services to you.

You agree not to create or upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

6. Intellectual Property

The App name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App, our users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
